Rene continues to contribute his valued experience, wisdom and vision for both the production and distribution aspects of the company. Today you typically will find Rene engaging with the team in Culiacan’s packing operations, traveling around the ranch, or perhaps giving guidance to the Sales team in Nogales. Rene Jr. oversees the organization directly from Culiacan, Sinaloa, MX where he can be hands on in all aspects of the farming operations in Mexico. The companies vision, direction, and growth are his main objectives as he guide’s the next generation of this family owned and operated organization.

Jose takes great pride in overseeing the day to day operations of the company’s multiple distribution locations thru the US, Canada, and Mexico, as well as directing the Sales and Marketing efforts of the organization. Through Jose’s stewardship, the company’s business in North America continues to reach new levels of success within the marketplace. Jose is also an active member within the industry, where he has served on the United Fresh Grower/Shipper Board for 5 years.
