Description

Slicing Cucumbers are long, dark green, typically with a smooth skin. The slicing cucumber is historically known to have large seeds inside. However, with our new varieties grown in a hot house environment, enables us to produce a delicious thin skinned cucumber with small almost non-existent seeds. Always select a firm green cucumber, and avoid ones with soft sunken spots, or wrinkled tips. Keep the cucumber fresh and cool in your refrigerator, as it will maintain for several days in low temperatures. Always wash the outside of the cucumber prior to consuming.
